Add State as a column in the PW Explorer Reference Version Manager and Select Document Version dialogs

This will allow users to identify which version of a file they should, or should not, have referenced.

Toggle Active Client Datasources

Since PW Client tries to process all active datasources, it would be good to have a way to "not" load a datasource other than removing and recreating

Option to auto Ignore Shape File

When we open an AutoCAD file, we are being prompt to select a shape file. Most of the time this can be ignore. If we would have an option to ignore Shape file
