We would like the attribute sheet to get created for PW Explorer upon the creation of the SET. In PW 365 we notice attribute sheets get created upon the creation of a new SET. This does not happen in PW Explorer and the attribute sheet doesn't get created for a set until an attribute on the set itself is added.
