Add the ability to create a shortcut (or link) to an existing document or folder in ProjectWise, and place that shortcut in another folder within the datasource.
* Shortcut should open the original document or folder.
* Always shows latest version of the source document.
* Inherits original permissions and metadata.
* Works across ProjectWise Explorer, ProjectWise Web, and ProjectWise Drive.
* Does not duplicate the file in storage.
