That's common with links grabbed from the address bar. Since the start with 'pw', many applications view them as untrustworthy and strip the hyperlink component.
The work around is to use HTTPS links. These are available in 10.00.03.453 Explorer and later. Right-click a folder or document > Get link.
Since they start with HTTPS, they are trusted by most applications.
