Most ProjectWise users cannot modify access control settings. Consequently, when they copy and paste a folder and accept the default prompts, they encounter an error message. To avoid this, users must navigate to the Advanced tab and uncheck the "Copy Access Control" option. This option should be unchecked by default to prevent such errors.
