In workflow-based document visibility (WIP & Shared), currently the versioning is somewhat confusing to the end user.
Current Situation:
A new version (V2) from a shared document (V1) is created in state WIP
Users that are allowed to see the shared version cannot see anything, if they do not have the option show all document versions toggeld on
Desired Situation:
Even if a document is revised to a new WIP-version, the user should still see the latest shared version without the toggling the option show all document versions.
