In OpenUtilities SubStation there is a module where you can import PW attribute data into an Itemset, this data can be used to generate reports or in a Named expression (we use this to fill in the Document title when we create PDF files).
This should be a standard option in all Bentley Software using ProjectWise. see attached movie
