We see a global trend to use category or tags to qualify documents in replacement of the typical folders. We can see this under ProjectWise Manage Portfolio

Request is to merge this concept inside PW Explorer under the custom folders.
Examples:
A custom folder would be associate with and attribute ( a location) and a sub-folder associate to a sub-location.
A folder could be associate to multiple Attributes
This way each users could create his own breakdown structure of the project.
