Sometimes you want to see more files than the latest version, but not ALL versions. Solution could be for example "hide versions older than...." or "hide all except 5 versions back".
This functionality is also very relevant for us. It would be great to have the ability as an administrator to set the default for all users (e.g. show the last 2 versions), latest version = WIP and previous version = shared.
The current setup in IC-Portal even prevent users that do not see the WIP documents to see any documents at all if the latest version is WIP and the user does not display all versions.
