One step upload of external Production Tool documents in new versions: Currently it is needed to First update the state of the document to a new minor version. Then select the document, rightclick, select ‘Modify...’, then click on the arrow next to File Name, select ‘Replace File’, select the updated file to upload, click ‘Open’ and ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’
Impact: As a result of a cumbersome upload process we are not compliant. There are a lot of steps involved in the upload. This is a daily operation for many users Impact on eg Buildings, Transport (+7000 users)
