The create a document dialog that appears when you try to copy a file on top of another file with the same name, is difficult for users to use.
Having file naming on a separate tab is almost never noticed by users. Switching between the tabs to make sure everything is configured the same is frustrating.
Treating Document Names like they don't have an extension while filenames do have an extension makes it hard to have a single rule.
My propsal is to change the dialog to something more like the attached image.

I second this request. Also, please add a "Lock" option (to have the Name and File Name fields match/sync, just as with creating or renaming a File using ProjectWise Explorer).
