Attempting to open document whose application property is application "A" (such a Microstation). Choosing "Open With..." and selecting application "B" (such as OpenPlant Modeler). The document opens in application "B", but has the workspace/workset from the "A" configuration. Upon inspecting the configuration variables, resources are configuration from "A", not "B". In the case of OPM as "B", it crashes due to schema not being loaded from the "B" configuration.
Would like option so that "open with..." loads the managed workspace configuration of the "B" application.

If using Managed Workspaces, seems logical to load the Managed Workspace for a specific application when invoked. Managed workspaces vary for each application. Loading the Managed Workspace for an application other than the one requested by the user is likely to result in mismatch type errors.
