If Project is configured to use project-specific views(Locally assigned). Personal views do not display. To use/view Personal Views, we have to inherit Views from the datasource level. This change will display all other views available in datasources along with your personal View. Can we please have Personal view display even there are locally assigned views?

We cant assign users personal views locally, so the only option is to have it set to inherit all. This shouldnt be "working as designed"....
