Regarding 3 Situations:
1.) If user choose get link using PWE, they should be prompt with (attached image)
This is the focus of this issue.
2.) If they choose get link using PWWeb they should be getting prompt for PWWeb
The current implementation (redirect to the pw web page directly) is just fine. No change for it.
3.) If user choose get link "ask to select" then, that should be the time to have prompt page for user to select from PWE and PWWeb to open the link.
It already works this way. So, no change for this situation.
