Current workflow requires that a Version be created prior to opening the file. I often find that it is not until while I am editing a file, that I determine that a new version is warranted. This requires closing the file, creating new version then reopening the file. It would also be great to be able to create new version while in the design session. (similar to update server copy). This about a user that, during a session, wants to explorer a few options. I would be great to be able to create a new version while in the session.
