Allow for the creation of messages which pop up when a user logs in. An optional Expiration Date would be helpful. The message should allow for links to web pages as well as ProjectWise Folders and Documents. Targeting Groups or User Lists would also be helpful and so would targeting if the login was via the Explorer or web browser.
