A user can play different roles inside a project.
Request is when we define a user, be able to assign him multiple role. based on the task he need to perform.
Once the user have log into PW at any point in time he can change his role. Example he might need to log as design in the morning and later in the day perform review tasks. Which ar two different role with two different set of permission.
The idea is to push the data governance one step further
