We have a need to set two different type of document technical and Administrative ones
Both have common sections in the document code. but some section have a different combination.
Request is to allow document code based on the document type. This will allow to take advantage of the Department option we have under the admin console.
When a user define a document code,
1st set which Department the document will belog.
2nd the system will then propose a document code based on the departement
