When we define action under the WRE
We need to restric which group(s) ( list of security) can view and perform an operation.
Example, we have a request to change the project number ( which is a minor change) and we would like to create C01.01 (for the client version) to indicate the C01 was with the original project number and C01.01 is a minor revision to capture the project number change.
This way the client can have traceability of the project number change
