We have a large project where documents, drawings, and models are produced in multiple CDEs. We were asked to set up a stamp in the footer of all PDFs approved in ProjectWise, whether CAD or Microsoft 365, outside of the title blocks. We effectively need to be able to modify a pdf that has been generated as part of the rendition process.

ProjectWise should have an option to apply a pdf watermark to indicate the review / approval status allocated to a drawing or a document.The watermark would be applied on completion of the review and as part of the rendition process of the final pdf reviewed file. Other EDMS systems offer this option and it is pretty much a standard requirement these days.
