A specific folder data Environment can dictate a user's View, but not their Interface. Since ProjectWise Attribution is controlled by Environment and linked to Interface, these should all be cohesively tied together.
Right now, there are instances where a user accesses a folder with a specific Environment set, but their Interface is incorrect for the Environment and Attribute set causing this tab in a file's properties to be blank until the Interface is corrected.
For the benefit of better end-user experience, these should all be tied together.
