A user created and managed list of datasource favorites would help navigation efficiency

Many organizations, my own included now have an extensive list of datasources in PWDI. When coupled with the extensive lists of other organizations as connections are made for work collaboration partnerships, these datasource lists can be overwhelming.

Administrative tools such as curating a list of what is and is not advertised may not be good enough as these are usually done regionally--these lists can still be quite large. And while the many ways that exist to create shortcuts to specific Work Areas are helpful, these too may fail to be efficient when working on several projects each across a wide array of datasources.

Absolutely! I only work on a couple of different datasources, yet I have to trawl through the entire list to find what I need - even just a star symbol or a different colour would help to pick them out quickly

I concur with all comments. It would be good to favourite, pin or hide. Even if a user could only see the data sources they have access too.

    I support this.

Would be nice if ProjectWise Explorer utilized a "Select > Pin" and "Select > Unpin" Datasource approach (user decides which of the available Datasources they want listed).

I support this idea, looking forward to the implementation of it!

For the love of all things good and pure in this world, please do something to address this. Personally defined favorites list would be wonderful, but even just the ability to sort/collapse the tree by datasourse would be a step in the right direction. Currently it's just a free-for-all of a hundred (and growing) work areas that are sorted alphbetically, which doesn't provide any top-level indication what partner I'm browsing to. Yes, if I have one called AECOM_USA_Virginia, that's pretty self-explanitory. I'm currently looking at 5 seperate variations of "NorthEast_US" and it's really a drag.
