I notice that Bentley changed the management of document conflict by moving default action in publish folder settings of a Revit Advanced Integration project to a question for the user. It should remain a setting of the RAI publish folder with 3 options: 'Overwrite', 'Create version', 'Ask the question' (to keep the behavior of now as an option).
