State Change Monitor

A service that monitors state changes and initiates an action based on the state change. Needs to work in dark sites (on-premise situations with no internet for Integration Server) as well as sites connected to PW 365 services. Used already with customization.

I know of two accounts that use this customization.

    Sign me up for this.

We have plenty of automation that runs on a schedule, this approach is error prone, and time consuming. We struggle to find the right cadence for the schedule.

The ability to trigger an action based on event would be a great improvement over what we're currently doing.

This would hopefully solve the implementation issue with Superseded - Shared and Superseded - Published states in the ISO19650 template. At the moment documents are being changed to Superseded - Shared when they are revised from Shared which isn't technically correct. They are only really Superseded when the new version/revision of the document is Shared but we have no option/event to modify the state of the previous version. The actions from this could facilitate/initiate that change.

CDOT uses this for email notifications and is critical for on prem and moving to the cloud this year.
