The user experience would be better if it would be able to change colors or symbols of the different folders. For example you could assign a specific discipline a specific color.
With an organization that has many folders/directories in their ProjectWise "template" folder structure that may not be used,
the ability to have an empty folder name display in a defined color (RED) would be useful.
When browsing an entire directory tree, being able to ignore empty directories visually would be helpful.
I agree it would be awesome to change folder colors, it would also be awesome to be able to change font colors
